yah naik lagi, pdhl kmrn udh turun :((( 😔🥺
bismillah yuk semangat bisa turun lagi ke 80 aja dulu .
85 kg Lost so far: 30 kg.    Still to go: 20 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
