so, this morning I weighed in under 290. I've been here before but not in a sustainable way. Every other time it was crash stuff that I couldn't hold to longer than a few months. Honestly, I've been eating like a pig. Its just what I'm eating that's different. Trying to keep under 150 g of carbs a day even on 'cheat' days. Occasionally, usually on a weekend I'll have a sweet with real sugar in. usually a candy bar but it's not an everyday thing anymore. I've gotten into flavoured pork rinds as a low carb replacement for chips and Doritos. I found flavoured ones that taste like Doritos and even another one that tastes like pizza. (sorta lol more 'memories of pizza than actually pizza lol) I haven't paid attention to calories. Just sugar and carbs. if the weight loss stops I may see what a calorie deficit and low carb does going forward but haven't done so yet. so yeah that's my entry lol.
