今天也要186 覺得水腫,中午煮了綠豆薏仁+鷹嘴豆。通常是甜品的綠豆薏仁,其實不加糖也還可以啦! 晚餐吃綠咖哩泡麵,一包熱量才250,加了蛋,肉,青菜共400卡。綠咖哩泡麵真的太適合微涼的秋夜了,感覺好滿足!
