I think the key to successful weight loss is adequate sleep. Just sayin'.
57.2 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 2.7 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

you bet! I forgot to say that I think adequate daily water intake (3-8 cups per day) is also key to weight loss.
