Someone just asked does IF help with a weight loss plateau. Indeed it does: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC2121099/
Even when forced to eat in a single sitting the same amount of calories as other subjects in 3 meals, the subjects still lost body fat. I have myself switched away from OMAD due to worry about sufficient protein uptake, but an OMAD cycle (day here and there) does show improvements in metrics relevant when combating a plateau.
Thoughts? My reading of the data faulty or on point?
