I did not eat very healthy this week but I didn't eat very much.. I stayed under 1,000 calories everyday. I also didn't exercise. Luckily I still lost 3 pounds! That means the first 20 pounds gone! YAY! SO HAPPY ABOUT THAT! Now, 80 more pounds to go. I am hoping I will reach my first goal of 200 pounds by the end of this month. Hope everyone has a great day!
