I learnt a while back that you can't exercise your way out of a bad diet.........PERIOD. I'm living proof of that for sure. I signed up with FS to record my journey, the Good, the Bad and the Ugly. After a few false starts, tipping the scales at almost 200lbs, I fully appreciate I have to be honest about recording my food intake accurately. I'm only 4 days into recording my calories on this app and something magical has happened. I can now see for the first time ever how easy it is to over eat! I'm here to hold myself ACCOUNTABLE. 💯😀👌

I think accurately measuring calorie intake is the easiest way to get going on a diet. The FS diet calendars are very simple to use and was key to my weight loss

@Adpully, for sure! Now that I'm recording every single thing that goes through my mouth, I've cured my midnight snack binges literally OVERNIGHT! Pun intended!

Yes accountability! This is why I use the app too and find it helpful. If I don't record accurately then it's myself I'm letting down

@bryonym I couldn't agree more! I resisted counting calories for years and finally caved in as I knew my stagnation was due to not really knowing how much I was consuming.
