23.4% fat, 60.3% water, 33.0% muscle.

on my CPAP-free journey, monitoring my sleep quantity and quality using various apps (snorelab, smartwatch app) i think i identified a significant contributor to snoring: dairy products. i use Greek yogurt a lot. yesterday i did not have yogurt, milk and mozzarella cheese (except some milk at breakfast) and snorelab score dropped from 23 to 12, snoring time dropped from 1h58 to 1h15, loud snoring dropped from 47min to 15min.

i am reading "why we sleep" by Matthew Walker and learned about the devastating effect of caffeine on our sleep and health, i learned that some herbal tea, chocolate, chewing gum, ice cream contain caffeine, i learned that the "half life" effect of caffeine is around 6 hours, so the has eliminated caffeine in 12 hours.

i am determined to purse my healthier journey on the path of maintaining a good circadian rhythm by waking up every day at 7am, observing a 10h TRE between 9am and 7pm, exercise every day, even if very lightly (walking or swimming), being exposed to outdoor day light every day and now, going quasi dairy-free and caffeine-free, alcohol-free in particular in the afternoon, anything that will degrade the quality of sleep, our most precious health ally.
105.2 kg Lost so far: 15.0 kg.    Still to go: 7.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
