Been a good three months of dieting, lost about 15 pounds and got substantially stronger. Adjusting calories upward by 500/day for a couple of weeks to try to find maintenance level, then will start eating a slight surplus to gain lean mass through the winter.
75.5 kg Lost so far: 11.9 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
