I am officially restarting my weight loss journey today... So far this year I have gained weight and haven't tried too hard to actually lose weight.
A few years ago I lost 25KG but since then I have gained it all back and more.
I am now at the highest weight I have ever been and I feel I am now once again in the right mindset to kick off my weight loss journey.
Lets do this!!
