Well, I am a little afraid I may go back up a pound for my weigh in tomorrow. I will be cutting it close. It was a weekend of eating higher calorie food again. We went to Chinatown on Sat. so that was for Sat and leftovers again on Sunday. I ate reasonably, but since it is high calorie food, it makes a difference.
Today I had a good workout which was a little smorgasboard of everything: 2 1/2 miles bike (about 9-10 min) 10 min elliptical 9-10 min run (1 mile) plus 5 min cool down 20 min weights
I might see if I can get a swim in again tomorrow night. My belly is feeling too big, so must get it down. I am secretly shooting for 135 at the end of this week and will try to work toward that goal.
