I started intermittent fasting today, let me see how it work out on me
91 kg Lost so far: 2 kg.    Still to go: 21 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I'm on this too, it's working. I'm one week in and people are already telling me that I'm loosing weight.

what time to what time is your intermittent fasting please

I use the fasting tracker app, I do 20-4, that is 20 hours of fasting including nighttime and 4 hours of eating. I usually eat between 12pm - 3pm everyday and fast for the rest of the day. You can start gradually and then take it up as you go.
