Pounds: 268.8 Pounds.
This is not good! For 2 days I ate a lot so this is the result! Geez! Today is the day to make it right! :)
I always have my digital scale and my manual scale to check my weight and the result is always the same! Just love it having 2 scales! Lol
Breakfast: Black coffee with 1 tbsp of brown sugar. Brown rice with Pinakbet.
Exercise: Home walking sweat for 30 minutes @1 pm.
Lunch: 1 Cup white rice, Sisig, Palabok, Ube Pandan @ 3:30 pm.
Drinks: Kitu Super coffee (Sweet & Creamy) with 70 calories, 0 sugar, 10g protein and 200 mg caffeine. Vita Coco (8 pm)
Gym cardio: 7 pm treadmill and nature walk.
Dinner: 2 eggs, 1 cup white rice, 1 cup pop corn, 1 serving chips. Lol
Steps (Samsung Health): 10, 489 steps .
Steps: (Google Fit): 10,443 steps.
