Another MIM for breakfast. Man these things are addicting! I've dropped more weight again. I may reach 10# for the first week. Not necessarily trying to lose it that fast but I sure won't complain. Thank you God for helping me adjust to this first week. I haven't been able to get in all of the calories that they suggest and I am still full. Not only full but satisfied. Just bnever thought those two terms would be synonomous with dieting.

Holy cow! Great loss. As far as the fullness is concerned, it'll adjust in a week or two. As long as you are losing right now, don't stress over it.

Congratulations! Glad to hear of your weight loss and even more glad to see you happy and enthusiastic. Remember this when things level out a bit. I know you've heard "God helps those who help themselves". A case in point!
