Yea, another pound. Sad thing is two days ago I was at 149.8. think difference 90% inflammation 10% slip. Several of my joints are sore and swollen. I also got into the nuts a little heavy. They're just a little to easy for a quick fix when busy and haven't planned well. All ok though cause I still lost some.

Yeah sounds good still lost weight after nuts, they are one of my weaknesses too, especially dry roasted peanuts, ummmm, yum ha ha.
