My Snorelab score this morning was 20, it had been great in the low single digits all week. I am trying to determine the root cause: open window or 2 glasses of wine and ice cream + oats cookie for dinner. I had a similar dinner tonight and will also shift my TRE by one hour, new target: 10 hours TRE from 9am to 7pm). This will make the family dinner less hectic, but i will no longer have breakfast with my daughter at 7:30 before taking her to school. My wife will continue taking the first workout schedule between 6 and 7 and i will try to go swimming between 8 and 8:30 every day of the weekend. let's see how it goes. i also ate more today, the poor sleep likely increased my hunger hormones and i cooked Indian dish for dinner so my scale will probably not be on my side tomorrow morning.
