Goals:
- Setting up some sort of routine.
- Sticking with the routine.
- Seeing a doctor about my health.
- Quitting soda all together.
- Every time I think or say something negative, I'm going to say five positive things about myself.
- One hour of silent meditation on God and my life daily.
- An established sleep schedule.
- Try Yoga.

I think this is a reasonable list for now.

Note, had about 450 calories in soda and tea today.
