Rubbed caster oil on tummy. Painful movements. Still waiting for aftermath of carbs effect to lessen in my body . Actually put on 1 kg over 2 days of bad eating! What a disaster! I been eating blueberries ans mixed nuts like its Christmas AND an ENTIRE slab of devilliers chocolate! Wth!! So from today back to basics 20carbs 20 protein
