Wuih rame 😅 @estheryani kalo ak krn sering masak sendiri semua bahannya ak timbang & input satu2 di fs kak hehe, untuk wo kalo lagi rajin banget seminggu bisa 5-6x, tp biasanya seminggu ak usahain min 3x durasi min 40-45menit. Wo-nya jalan kaki 5km, dumbbel workout, HIIT, dance sm yg dari youtube korea 빅씨스. Diselang-seling aja pengen wo yg mana 😊
