So I went out to eat lasat night at a mexican restaurant and tried to behave (I ended up getting a cheese chili relleno and a pork tamale - unfort I shouldn't have wasted my meat eating moment on the tamale. it was blegh.)
I was filled up and thought I was for sure going to regret it today.
Well apparently after the really long walk yesterday I was still up .4 pounds this morning but then I had an Oskri bar and went for a run. Stepped on the scale out of the shower (where i generally weigh a little bit more because of the wet hair) and I was down to 218! :) wooo!
I was for sure shocked.
I need to drink mucho water today though. I'm thoroughly parched and I really need to shake this cold! I'm sick of being sick.
