Starting Monday March 14th, 2011 I am going to start watching what I eat. I have gained a lot of weight within the past 6 months and would like to get back down to where I was. Right now I weight 252 lbs which is way more than I expected to ever weigh. My first goal is to get down to 200 lbs, once I meet that goal my next goal will be to get back to where I was a year in a half ago which was around 175-180 lbs.
