All the guests are gone, today I am back to eating omad/2mad and low carb, and tracking. I feel the last three weeks have been an overall success for my health. With the amount of stress I have had over this time period, I would have gained at least 10 pounds, so roughly 3 is quite an accomplishment.
102.7 kg Lost so far: 8.4 kg.    Still to go: 32.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
