I did pretty well yesterday. I boiled the pulled pork we had leftover to get some of the smokeyness out of it and it worked pretty well. Then I made my own Chipotle Bowl. I tried to buy frozen cilantro lime rice but the store I stopped at didnt have any so I got the frozen jasmine rice and added cilantro and lime zest/juice. It turned out pretty good. Im glad thats not going to go to waste because I could eat this just about every day- at least for awhile.
I went to the gym last night and didnt kill myself. I thought I would only hit it at about 40% so I didnt over-do it but I pushed myself more than I planned. Im not going tonight because I have a work commitment that I cant rearrange, but I thought I would mow instead. At least Ill get in steps.
So far so good. Next week Ill start messing with Macros again, but for now Im happy with just logging everything.
