I've been coasting here for the past 3 weeks or so. Taking more in at events and gatherings while still burning a lot of calories. Preparing to be more vigilant as I have some business travel in my future.
After stridently pressing with urgency to get to -150 I'm now heading to my final goal with an eye toward maintaining forever.
Ms. G and I are dealing with a personal crushing sadness that, unfortunately, makes eating fewer calories easier. Thanks for always being there F S family. You are reliable as the sunrise and as constant as gravity.
Make it, log it, eat it, live it. Absolutely live it!
