another social event this afternoon, catching up with former colleagues. i honored my 6pm TRE schedule and did not drink anything at the party, that's a first. i think indulged about 500 cals extra due to the desert. doing an extra walk (+4 miles) on the top of the daily 6 miles should help erase this extra glitch
