I had an okay week... I worked Tue, Wed, and Thur and I was at school all day everyday so I didn't get a lot of exercise in. However, I did burn a lot of calories at work by just standing. The only bad thing about this week is I didn't get my full calories in each day. I practically starved myself... Anyway, I plan to reward myself tonight with some chocolate and French fries because I haven't had a splurge day in a while. Then, back to the old routine. Looking forward to the next weigh in. :)
