I went out for lunch at work today and I'm a bit shocked. This is the first time since I started dieting that I've gone out for lunch at work. I was able to eat at buffalo wild wings well within my diet and I'm full. I was only able to eat half of what I ordered. Even if I get hungry soon I'll still be able to finish the left overs and still be within my caloric range.
Lunch 1/2 serving Buffalo Chips (Regular) - 128 cal 1 serving Hot BBQ Sauce - 20 cal 1 serving Naked Tenders (3) - 130 cal
Lunch was a grand total of 278 calories. And even if I finish the left overs I'm looking at 556 calories total. Not bad for a meal out.
