Whoop! I've lost a lb/pound possibly as not drinking wine. If I keep this up I'll finally go back into the 9 stone category and shake off the 10 stone plus I see every day. (Apologies, I still count in lb and ounces, not metric!). I did lapse at lunchtime and have a slice of Costa flapjack which seems to account for a whopping 425 calories - yikes! I could have had a meal for those calories! Hey-ho.
