I need help. My weight static! Not reducing. I am so sad. At time, i will gain a bit weight. But I eat just right and I am still on large ketosis. I workout every day. What else is the problem. Feeling down :'(

Hang in there you are at a plateau I know it is discouraging , but that scale will move. You have been losing steady so now your body is adjusting. Have you checked your measurements? When the scale doesn't move the inches do. I am losing slowly now and at times I get down but try to be happy that you are losing but at the pace that your body wants. Hang in there, the scale WILL move

If you are logging all you eat, it seems that you are not eating enough and putting your body in starvation mode which stops your metabolism... Get your RDI correct and stick to it.

I'm with AilaOne, you have to eat to lose. Set a good caloric intake, and get more active. You are way to early in your journey for a plateau, I think your body is working against you because of the low intake. Good luck!

You can set yourself up for failure if you don't eat enough. Make sure you are eating good filling calories and fats. Fish, non starchy veggies etc. maybe cut your exercise in half one or two days a week..see if that helps. Sounds counter intuitive but try it for a week and see if it busts through that plateau.
