Plans got switched up a bit. Went out with a friend to lunch and got sushi. Anyone know the calorie content/nutrition info for sushi? I felt guilty eating it but when I thought about it, its all fish, veggies and rice. How bad can it be? ;) Anyway, I did not eat much of it and now I have dinner at the in-laws ahead of me. Hoping its not pasta. Hope youre all having a great day!

I just clicked on the food tab above, typed in sushi and got alot of results you can pick from, hopefully what you had is listed there. or if you went to a pretty popular restaurant, you can click on food link, scroll to the bottom and see if your restaurant is listed and search their items.
