Was away for long weekend and ate as best I was able. South Beach very easy to follow. Only bad thing I ate was some breading on chicken and pork as well as wontons in war wonton soup. Kept my calories/carbs in check.
103.0 kg Lost so far: 42.2 kg.    Still to go: 30.4 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
