To be fair … I have no idea how much food I have consumed, no idea about the calories I have eaten or drunk as I Have been out at the Bristol food festival all day. Some days, it just doesn't matter! Of course, I may not have the same attitude when I hit the scales on Monday but for now I'm happy!
