Boleh dong ka🤎 ~High protein chocolate baked oatmeal🍫🤎 Bahan : - susu low fat/susu lamond 80 ml - bubuk protein coklat 25 gram -1/2 sdt baking soda ( optional but highly recommended) - 1 potongan dark chocolate batang , aku pake 1/2 potongan coklat - 20 gram nuttela (isian)(siapa bilang diet gak boleh makan nuttela😣 boleh ,asalkan gak berlebihan) - 45 gram tepung oat( oat instan diblender menjadi tepung oat) - 1 sachet sweetener atau 1 sdt maple syirup/ madu - 2 sdm yogurt plain - 1 sdt cacao powder Langkah : - panaskan oven 180 derajat celcius - campurkan semua bahan kering , tepung oatmeal, bubuk protein coklat, baking soda - setelah itu campurkan bahan basah, yogurt ,susu low fat , madu/ maple syirup, sweetener - kemudian tuangkan 1/8 adonan ke mangkuk oven/mangkuk tahan panas - taruh selai nuttela di tengah adonan kemudian tuangkan sisa adonan tadi - hias dengan meletakkan potongan coklat batang diatasnya - masukkan ke oven selama 15-20 menit (punyaku selama 20 menit) Selamat mencobaa~ 🤗🤎
