I am up a bit today, but I know it is because I had dinner out last night and the sodium definitely left me with a bit of retention.
but I want to celebrate my non scale victories.
I have sized down my swim top, my husband recognizes my loss and is seeing my body change. I can walk up all of my stairs without being winded or tired after. I can *almost* keep up with my very energetic 6 y/o. clothes that were tight are starting to loosen up and look better on.
I was at my sister's yesterday, she has a full length mirror - I caught myself checking out the body in progress and was so happy and grateful for what I saw. 🎉🎉
