WEIGH IN WEDNESDAY!!!
Pretty good. Down to 182.4. The proof is in my image even though the 4 got cut off. I really like seeing the line in my weight history chart go down.
Here's the thing though; I stopped being so vigilant in just about everything. I stopped journaling my food. I haven't been drinking more than the recommended 64 ounces of water per day and some days it's less than that. I have cut down on my veggie consumption which in turn has lowered my carb intake. I do get some carbs from the tablespoon of natural peanut butter with splenda and cinnamon that I eat almost everyday. Having that little concoction really curbs my appetite and cinnamon supposedly has some mystical weight loss properties. I've been drinking almond milk in my coffee instead of half and half or whipping cream, although I've run out of it and did use whipping cream in my coffee this morning so it has a nice oil slick on the surface. I also haven't been walking at all other than at my new job and honestly that requires very little effort.
All of that being said, my measurements have not changed much in the past week. I seriously hold no stock in my measuring abilities.

Total loss this week: 3.6 pounds and 1 inch.
