garlic mushrooms with fat free quark and butter sauce with meat free richmond sausages. 245 calories (i spent ages on this doing the math on this, comforting meal if anyone wants the recipie ill add in comments).

Really recommend these almost guilt free buttery garlic mushrooms. In a medium saucepan set about an inch of water to simmer, add 2 cups of cut mushrooms, 2 garlic cloves and table spoon of cider vinegar. Simmer with lid on for 20mins, remove lid and boil on high to reduce the 'stock'. Add 10g of butter, 30g of fat free quark and a handful of chopped parsley. Cook until the sauce is at a thickness to your liking.
