Soooo exhausted tonight. I know the exhaustion I feel with my job is just not healthy and that it contributes to weight gain. I wish I could find an out, something better...or a way to make my current situation better.

I did stick to the plan today, but really didn't eat enough, looking at my food diary so far (making I'm making up for eating 110 grams of fat yesterday! LOL...I'm afraid eating like that is going to make me have a heart attack, even though my cholesterol has traditionally been super low!)

Feeling tired, but maybe it's because I'm just completing my first week of induction today? I can't wait until the Atkins "edge" kicks in!!

drink some chicken broth/bouillion in the morning and evening. It helps with the tiredness (also known as the "Atkins Flu". It will get better.

I dealt with this for over 4 weeks. It varies from person to person.
