I hope anyone can help me. I don't know if I am pushing myself too hard. But I feel a bit exhausted since I am in fasting month. I vomit after meal since yesterday. Is that a sign of ketosis? nausea and headache and also a bit tired. I workout every night at 8.30 pm. Mostly aerobic. I am still waiting for my ketone strips to arrive. I've ordered it online. I really hope I can lose weight faster.

thank you jathomaz and lisa. I'll be more considerate to my body. I just feel like I am running out of time for my engagement day. That's why, I try to speed things up, basically by just strictly followed the induction but always try to cut down my carbs below 15grm.

Reanna I did the same, really pushed myself before my wedding three years ago. I gained a lot of weight when I moved to Scotland from California. Lifestyle and food here are so different I went from a size 6 to a size 16 in two years. I worked hard at the gym with a trainer. You never know how bad you are at the gym until you work with a trainer. Anyway, cut my carb intake to zero almost and ended up with bad migraines and no energy. I don't think fasting is good for you but if it is for religious reasons I respect why someone would fast. After a fast, you have to eat carefully. I hope you're ok. Good luck!
