I'm changing my strategy. I always watch what I eeat then fall off the wagon. I lose a nice amount and gain it back plus add to that.
My new way of thinking is to do a little more moving. What I really mean is taking little baby steps of exercises.
Like today, I decided to sit and do ankle rotations forward and backwards while watching a TV show. That motivated me to do a little bit more. So, I turned off the tv got up on my feet and did arm and wrist circles forward and backwards. 3 reps of 20, only took about 40 minutes.
Being relaxed and just focusing on the muscle group I was working on; I can tell I have worked them pretty well.
