Selamat Sarapan.. jangan skip sarapan ya gaes.. biar badanmu gak lemess..sebelum sarapan biasanya aq minum perasan jeruk nipis dicampur sm ramuan rempah dlu..biar badan tetep fit saat defisit kalori.
