WOOOOOO HOOOOOOO - do you know how long it's been since I saw ANYTHING in the 150's! I am so excited...and seeing a great loss just reinforces that the hard work is worth it!
72.3 kg Lost so far: 3.0 kg.    Still to go: 13.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
