Sounds yummy!! I love to cook my fresh green beans in the style of Chinese buffet green beans, but then they are coated in oil and salt and are probably not my best option while trying to lose weight, lol. I have a couple of little red potatoes I just picked up, and now you have me craving some green beans to go with them! May have to go back for some :))

Hopefully tomorrow, Chris! I blew through like 53 of my daily carbs just in prune juice this morning! Don't ask why, I'm sure you can guess, lol. It was a waste! So it's veggies and chicken tonight.....no tatoes...booo!
