back from a week away, lots of junk food but also lots of walking. No solid food today as i detox, before heading away tomorrow for more adventures! Enjoying the break and extra calories (although missing the control!)

Ahh Cornish seas are always blue 💙 here in Wales we have the estuary 'sea' it's always brown 😜
