I'm happy! I've lost again in Week 2 of my journey. I struggled with sweets this weekend and I did give in. But, I checked what I was doing, staying up too late and stressing about my husband's well intentioned actions. So, I take it as a lesson and add a pin to those things that cause me to eat mindlessly. I'm reminded that these are things I control, no one else. 😉
