Sippy-Cup's Journal, 21 Aug 21

Weighing myself every day has pitfalls... dramatic losses and devastating gains and the result looks a bit like a stock portfolio's daily chart. But it also shows me what works and what doesn't on a daily basis. A gain means that I need to watch my portion control. So does a dramatic loss.

I know that, like a stock's daily chart, the ups and downs are not my actual gains and losses but they do show a trend. I'm getting it, slowly but surely.
