Not looking forward to going back to work tomorrow but am trying to gear up. It was nice to have a staycation but I don't really feel rested. I am going to prepare all of my food tonight so I don't allow for sabotage with any surprises.
So far the first week has gone well, but I am starting to realize how induction is simply not sustainable...I don't feel super healthy, but then again I'm not having ups and downs from carbs (which I remember being MUCH more palpable). I guess I have to remember all I've read about the first 2 weeks not feeling great until you hit that "atkins edge". Can't wait til I get to the EDGE!!!
Tomorrow I'll weigh myself in the AM...I think I'll see some change because the pants I'm wearing today feel loser. Yay!
