I've suffered from depression all my life but my all time low was Mid June.
I was having stomach problems from a bad diet, anxiety and insomnia. I found myself depressed and feeling huge. I had just reached 270 lbs.

Enter exercise. I first started to tire myself enough as a last ditch attempt to fall asleep. Then I changed my diet. Stopped drinking Pop. Stomach problems went away. I started sleeping and surprise surprise, I started losing weight. I added more exercises and more healthy eating. Then I started counting calories. Crazy!

I am now 243 lbs and working on reaching my ideal weight of 195. It's the first time in my life that I had to buy smaller clothes. I am able to wear shirts and pants I couldn't wear since I was in my 20s. And it feels so good!

Today I joined the gym and went back to it in the afternoon to work out.
This is big for me.
