Monday, August 16 2021. First week it was ok. I did see most of my challenges with sweets and extras. Calorie counting and weighing everyday helps a lot to stay focused.
96.6 kg Lost so far: 0.9 kg.    Still to go: 10.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
