Hello community!

I'm slightly new to this but thought it would be a good idea so that I could become more conscious of my diet choices. I'm a good 150lbs at 5'8 but would love to go down to 135lb. I have a hard time finding time to workout, between studying at the university level and working part time. Hoping to find some good motivation on here!

Best wishes to everyone,
mskaymac

If you want something bad enough you will find a way. Other wise you will find an excuse. I try to use that saying all the time. If you plan, you can find 30 minutes 3x a week to get in a workout. You can slap on a pedometer and aim for 10,000 steps a day. Get a few workout videos (youtube has some for free and the library usually has some too). Many are 30 minutes or less. Jillian Michaels 30 day shred is 25 minutes and will kick you butt in to shape quickly. But there are many out there. At your current height, you are already in a healthy weight range so it may be harder and take longer to get those pounds off. Activity will really be able to help. It might also be good to focus on fat loss, not just weight loss. Losing fat will make you leaner and you will fit in to smaller sizes. Googling and finding foods that will help you with fat loss will also help you shed the weight quicker. Good luck!
