Started wearing FitBit and Jen and I are going to the Y every day. The results from yesterday to today will never be typical. I am still averaging 0.8 pounds a day and that is great. I will take the scale readings as just variable weight. I will hold off weighing myself again until next Friday, July 4. Then we shall see how I am doing.

Predicted weight on July 4: 322 - 325 pounds
Goal of 299 by the start of the new school year is still in reach
149.2 kg Lost so far: 6.4 kg.    Still to go: 6.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
